They are supposed to give the same end result. But now, when I am verifying, I see a problem.

It is not supposed to be. It is called psi in both, but it solves different differential equation. Writing Q=Q2 Q1 what is Q1 depends on what is Q2. It is OK. Will write details in today’s post.
Tested the 4 sign combinations of A1 & A3. Produce 4 different paths. It looks as if you have alignet the rotation vector with the x-axis. Alining with the z-axis produced even more different path types. Will try an sort out pictures later.
